These teams showed outstanding play in the 2011 season. We are encouraging these teams to test their skills against greater competition. Throughout the 2012 season, all teams will be classified by their local area directors and teams may be moved up or down at any time during the 2012 season. No team will be re-classified up or down after July 1, 2012.
