Rosters: Teams must be registered with USSSA. Team registration is $25 for the 2009 season. Teams must turn in a completed Virginia USSSA Roster, prior to first game of tournament, if team roster is not online.

Rules:
Maximum of 11 hitters in the lineup

Men's E: No (0) homeruns per game. In the Men's Class E Program, any batter who hits an untouched fair fly ball over the fence in fair territory will be declared OUT. Each subsequent time that position in the lineup is due to bat, the batter shall automatically be declared OUT. The player shall remain in the game for defensive purposes only. This applies to any substitute in that batting position.

Trophies/Awards: Top 2 teams that have not received a World Berth will receive a PAID World Berth to the Men's E World tournament in Orlando, FL.
