Rosters: Teams must be registered with USSSA. Team registration is $25 for the 2009 season. Teams must turn in a completed Virginia USSSA Roster, prior to first game of tournament, if team roster is not online.

Rules:
Two (2) homerun hitters per game in the Men's D and one (1) homerun hitter per game in the Men's E. All other homeruns hit will be declared an OUT. One courtesty runner allowed per inning. Maximum of 11 hitters in the lineup.
