Format: Double Elimination

Rosters: Teams must be registered with USSSA. Team registration is $25 for the 2009 season. Teams must turn in a completed Virginia USSSA Roster, prior to first game of tournament, if team roster is not online.

Rules:
Men's B/C: (4) homeruns per garme. All other homeruns will be delcared an out.
NOTE: IF NO B team have entered this tournament, then

Men's C: (2) homeruns per garme. All other homeruns will be delcared an out.

Men's D: No (0) homeruns per game. All homeruns hit will be delcared an out.

Men's E: No (0) homeruns per game. In the Men's Class E Program, any batter who hits an untouched fair fly ball over the fence in fair territory will be declared OUT. Each subsequent time that position in the lineup is due to bat, the batter shall automatically be declared OUT. The player shall remain in the game for defensive purposes only. This applies to any substitute in that batting position.

Maximum of 11 hitters in the lineup.

Trophies/Awards: No information is available at this time.

Other information:

12 or less teams in each division: Winner will recieve Paid World Berth to respective World Tournament. Berth can be passed down.
More than 12 teams in each division: Winner will receive Paid World Berth and $600 travel money. Berth and travel money can be passed down.
