VAUSSSA.COM Super Draft Tournament
When: March 11-12, 2006
Where: Lakeview Elementary, Colonial Heights, VA
Limited to first 96 players, plus 8 managers for a total of 104.
Managers get to play for free. Managers must be an established veteran,
with managing experience.
Rules: Managers do not get to pick any of the players on their
tournament team until the 4th round.
8 teams with 12 players on each team drafted and the manager/player.
Cost $30 per player, $8 will be used for the SUPER DRAFT party
and door prizes.
Deadline to enter is March 5, 2006 or until full.
Each player and manager gets a Special Edition Super Draft t-shirt.
Each player and manager gets entry into the Friday night SUPER DRAFT
party. Guests are $5.00 extra and will be eligible for door prizes.
Many door prizes and food on Friday night. Over $1000 in food will
be offered that evening.
Cash bar will be provided.
USSSA Sanctioned. Only approved USSSA bats
will be allowed in this tournament.
5 games guaranteed. 3 game pool play on Saturday, then double elimination
on Sunday.
6 homeruns per game, then an out after limit has been reached.
Sundays Finals are set at 6:00 pm. Saturday’s last game will
start around 6:00 pm
Each team will be given 6 softballs to start the tournament.
Homerun hitting contest on Saturday night. $3.00 entry fee
for all players in DRAFT tournament. More information is forthcoming
on the homerun hitting contest.
Open to ALL Men’s B through Men’s E players. (no
MAJOR or A players allowed)
All players must be registered before Super Draft Night. Once
you are entered (paid), there will be no refunds.
No players will be entered into the database until I have received
money from them. NO EXCEPTIONS.
HOW TO ENTER: Send the $30.00, player's name, team
name the player will be playing with in 2006, t-shirt size and position(s)
played to the following:
